Whole grain oat flour

Our bare-grained Bio-oat is perhaps one of the most healthy cereal grain. It regulates lipid metabolism, removes wastes from your body, and lowers blood sugar level. And what a delicious taste your baked goods will have when you add oat flour!

 

Apart from this, addition of oat flour into a blend makes baked goods more crumbly (just remember the way an oatmeal cookie crumbles). Oat flour can be used separately, or as a partial replacement for wheat flour, but its ratio should not exceed one third from the total mass of the blend.
