Coarse grinding process leaves whole grain rye flour rich with bran, which reduces cholesterol level. Grinding with natural millstones allows us to keep all health beneficial properties of rye.

 

Rye – is a unique grain: apart from multiple vitamins and amino acids, it contains two times more magnesium and 30% more iron in comparison to wheat! Rye is also rich in cellulose, which keeps microelements inside, allowing slow absorption in the digestive system. This improves metabolism and helps your full body function properly.
