Our company started in 2012 with a primary goal to produce whole grain stone-ground flour in compliance with European quality standards. Since then we provide not only the high-quality product itself, but also the most exhaustive and clear information describing it.
We added News segment to the website. Here we post any important news about our mill, make announcements of our activities, update information on newly-opened shops that sell our products. Keep yourself posted.
The segment «Products» is reorganized. We are happy to present you the full range of our whole grain flour, among which you can find whole grain wheat and rye Bio flour with three different types of grinding, cornmeal, rice flour, buckwheat and the one we take special pride in — spelt flour! On this page of our website we give a full description for each flour type, and as an addition here we also give a link to some recipes.
We created the segment «Recipes» mainly because we are big fans of cooking. We will share simple recipes of delicious baked goods, and cooking with our flour will help you feel an instant gastronomic pleasure and get healthier at the same time.
We truly love our job and we are proud of it. High quality standards that we established in our mill allow us to be completely transparent with our customers, we make whole grain stone-ground flour of extra quality.
